Dear Vittal,
I am using both mailtemplate and sendertemplate to send
out two different mails at once. Email sending through the
sendertemplate works fine - as I am able to set
senderfrom by my own.
Email through mailtemplate does only work if 'Email' is an
address of the domain soupermail resides. As soon as it
differs from the domain Sendmail would reject and give the
following error message:
<some@somewhere.com> Domain of sender address does
not resolve
This is just fine as it is a basic spam filter: sender address
does not match the domain the email is sent from.
I would like to set the mailtemplate's From as well. That
way I would be able to set From to a my domain's address.
Leaving Email for, let us say, email would bring
mailtemplate to work: obviously Soupermail then sets the
From to some address its resides. But that would cause the
sendertemplate to fail: it would not know where to send
the email to as Email is not given anymore.
There must be some way. I only cannot see it :)
Please let me know. I appreciate your quick reply.
Regards,
Jan.
