#24 Inserting values into database

I can get my form's field values emailed to me but I can't
seem to enter those values into an access database. I
get a CGI Error- the program misbehaved by not
returning all http header. The connection string on its
own does not bring an error. But the sqlbindX and sqlrun
lines do.
