#20 Config File Not found

Dear Sir / Madam,
Thank you very much for a great script. I installed it
on my sites. It was working perfectly fine, however,
recently my hosting provider (HSP) upgraded the
server. It seems now we are working in CGI wrapping
environment, SCGI-BIN is also activated. After that I
am unable to re-configure the script. I am getting
error which states Config file could not be located. I
tried all options to the extent providing absolute
paths, yet it failed. I do not want to switch over to
other scripts like Form Mail. My HSP is insisting on
that. Please help.
