#18 Mail Forwarding abruptly stopped

Last Wed our system stopped forwarding mail.
Soupermail was installed 10 months ago and has worked
fine until Wed.. We are not getting errors, we are
just not getting mail.

In an attempt to fix the problem we reinstalled. The
installer had no red warnings, it just said not enough
info to do custom installation. When we tried to run
we received a cgi error about no header info and that
the mime file couldn't be found. We are on an NT
server.

Anyway we reverted back to a locally saved setup that
shouldn't be corrupt and we are once again just not
getting the mails.

Any help or suggestions is greatly appreciated since
we are not able to gather critical customer info.
