#15 Cgi Error

Installed Soupermail 1.08 and MIME:Lite on WinNt.
Using Explxorer 5.5 to test -

when i run the script i get this

CGI Error
The specified CGI application misbehaved by not
returning a complete set of HTTP headers. The headers
it did return are:
