#13 attachment upload problem

I have set up a form with a file upload. when i
receive the mail wwith the form contents, any
document attached appears fine, with its own icon
etc. but is always zero k in size. I am running this
off a unix server, testing it from home with a mac.

It has worked in the past so i don't know what's
suddenly changed!?
