#59 bcc and multiple mailto does not work

If I have a bcc or more than one email address in
mailto, the recipient get's a blank email if there are
mutliple email address in the mailto, or does not get
an email at all when there is a bcc. If there is no bcc
and only one email address in the mailto everything
works fine.
