#55 Cannot determine conf location from ...

A user gets this message:

Error:
The soupermail CGI died due to the following error:
Cannot determine conf location from referer

This is the only user to receive this message all other
uploads are successful.

Any advise greatfully appreciated.

I have this same error with SOME of my users. It seems to be
a browser based bugI don't know IE-- seems to work with
some point releases and die with others, but always seems to
fail with Windows + Opera. I've also had it fail with an
unidentifed version of IE (either 5 or 6) though.

Mac versions of IE 5.2.3, Safari 1.0, and Netscape 7.0.1 all
work fine, as does my version of Windows + IE 6.
