I ran the souperfinder.html and everything seemed to
be correct except two details:

1. the lout directory was written in the soupermail.pl
as 'c://lout...'. Please note the double slashes.

2. the gnugp was also written with double
slashes 'c://gnugp...'.

I wonder if there were some mistakes in the program
soupermail.pl which cased it and this in turn produced
the errors when I tried to process the pdfs?
