    thanks for posting this. you should submit it to the official heads; it's
    probably a common problem that they could solve by including the
    solution in the help sector.

    In other words, change the version number to whatever
    current version the windows client is. Right now, that isn't
    149.

    I have had a stroke so if this sounds a bit off, that is why. I still have
    problems connecting. I changed the version number to the most recent
    (152) and tried to connect to the SoulSeek server, but nothing. This how I
    have it configured:

    Username: orbette Password: ********** Server: sk2.slsk.org
    Server-Port: 2234 Version:152

    Is there some special account for which I have to enroll or can I use the
    above server? Please, help!!! I am on ICQ #281364141

    Logged In: NO

    Update: Change version to 152. Also, slsk lost its url and
    is now at slsknet.org. The old one has been hijacked. Go to
    the new one for more info....but personally I see nothing
    wrong with your stats.
