#34 Do not use all tiebreaking criterias during the tournament

It should be possible to specify that some tie-breaking
criterias not be used while the tournament is playing.
Only after the last round has played. Especialy the
random critera should be possible to turn off during the
tournament. Placements can be shared during the
tournament and sepparated first in the end. This should
be optional and todays behavour should still be left.
One way to do this would be by adding a checkbox after
each tie-breaking criteria, to indicate if that criteria
should be used only for final-standings.
