#28 Printing of bonus points

There are 2 types of bonus points, one that is added to
team score, compensational points, and one that is
calculated in the SSF-system, adjustment points. Theese
2 types should be 2 different options in the printouts.
Today the printing of compensational points doesn't
work on all lists. It would simplify things if theere where
two options.
