It is sometimes impossible to change the name of the
tournament, the program will allways complain about
that it's impossible to generate a filename from the
name.
The tournament was created with an earlier version of
SOSS
Changing name of tournament is not possible.
Message box gives a junk name for the tournament.
Possibly caused by the fact that windows can't change a folder name if there are open files in that folder

SOSS does not intentionally keep any open files in the tournament directory. If an open file is the reason, then some file is left open by mistake. Is there a way to check/verify this in windows (like a system call telling the number of open files for a process)?
This problem can't be reproduced on Linux

It doesn't matter which version created the tournament. But
there must be at least one group and one club created.
