[Soscoring-updates] Updated version of Science Olympiad Scoring system available

I've just uploaded to the project website (https://sourceforge.net/projects/soscoring/files/) this year's version (V8) of the Science Olympiad Scoring system.  In addition to updating the event names to match this year's slate,  I've incorporated several new features / changes based upon feedback received from various people last year.  These include the following:


*       Created new printable medal sheet print dialog checkbox options for landscape vs. portrait printing and one event per page printing

*       Added the import data from another workbook button on the standalone scoresheets that are created

*       Added red highlighting of any ns or dq scores on master sheet
