#17 Performance problems with SA import

There are significant performance problems with the BBN setup when importing static analysis warnings from file, resulting in the system bogging down and being unresponsive once a real-world sized code segment is loaded. Problem appears to be related to all BBN's recalculating when a new value is supplied.
