#10 xm2ltm: convert D00 pattern breaks to pattern length
The most basic type of pattern break, the D00 command, could be supported by automatically shortening patterns in the xm2ltm converter. This shouldn't require any functionality from the MSX playroutine.
Leave more complicated pattern breaks unsupported.
