In the terminal output, besides the hostname stuff there was an ALSA error about "open /dev/snd/seq failed: No such file or directory". I was getting this in JACK too, but I didn't think it mattered since I don't want to use MIDI. But I did '/sbin/chkconfig alsasound on' and reboot. Those errors are gone and sooperlooper seems like it's working fine. Ken |
