#2 MIDI feedback

It would be great to have SooperLooper send MIDI data
feedback on any parameter/value change.
For example, a MIDI device that controls "Mute Loop#1"
with MIDI binding CC 1 should also recieve CC 1 Value
0 if Loop#1 gets muted by Mouseclick, Engine (e.g.
after OneShot) or by the MIDI device itself.
This would be really helpful for non-display
applications such as MIDI footpedals with control LEDs.
