Api documentation

API documentation for all source code was uploaded to the project's site on sourceforge. The documentation was generated using phpDoc (http://www.phpdoc.org/) and can be accessed on http://soomp.sourceforge.net/apidocs/.
It still need severe revision and tweaking on config file soomp.ini to adjust output.
