lots of tweaking and debugging on the flash export, problem is better understood, but no resolution

massive rehacking to increase speed and reduce memory use of allpairs shortest path and the kk layout chain. Some classes not used ('cause they didn't really speed things up...)

added class for testing shortest path without ui

updated parser to read "fullmatrix" matrix format instead of just edgelists

quicktime export is working on PC, but quality controls don't seem to have any effect

add control parameter for max iterations, draft of new quicktime export code working

refactor classes to make structure clearer (dependencies are still a mess)
