i don't remember

lots of work implemention properties so it can be run from a batch file

renamed to DotSonColumn map and converted to a properties object, since it only has dotSon settings

added configuration method to pass in a properties object before the parser runs

crude batch capability working, some minor ui revisions, moved export matrix command to layout window

added feature to read compound settings file and create properties objects

tweaked GUI so spinners will look ok on mac os

included manifest in CVS to make it easier to build jars

moved to parser package

fixes for compatibility problems on macs with java 1.4.1
