changed manifest to refer to the mdsj.jar instead of my renamed mdsj_1.jar, added stuff in installer to download song, fixed mdsj link in installer, fixed window with in installer

added JPEG export option to exportable frame to deal with FreeHEP jpeg export bug, moved some wierd features onto a new menu, added shape mapper and appropriate methods

Added BlueToRead colormapper, tweaked 2Drender to not draw blank lables, fixed updated bug in colormapperpanel, implemented lots of stuff in SonG to work with text files

generating .son from input file skeleton working, some ui issues

reloading colormapping working, loading from dynetxml working, commented old qt movie maker, some other bug fixes, deleted some commented code

added "brown" as color for .son, implemented more node properties in the dynetml parser

a bunch more changes relate to reloading saved colormappings

added new color mapers (grayscale, redtoblue), adjusted cormapping UI, added ability to sort the view of data items in colormapper UI, re-opening mapper dialog no longer resets the mapping

added support for node shape of "none"

got editors on inspector working again, added editor for shapes, and urls works too!
