added "brown" as color for .son, implemented more node properties in the dynetml parser

a bunch more changes relate to reloading saved colormappings

added new color mapers (grayscale, redtoblue), adjusted cormapping UI, added ability to sort the view of data items in colormapper UI, re-opening mapper dialog no longer resets the mapping

added support for node shape of "none"

got editors on inspector working again, added editor for shapes, and urls works too!

added some tool tips

added color editor to node inspector, altered layout definitions so inspector table fills full hieght. However, inspector is disabled when torn out of bottom tray

working for duke, wrote a new SAX based dynetml parser to replace the DOM one (deprecated the old) added support for a few more shapes in .son files using the shape factory, cleaned up a few strange class references

got the GraphViz dot wrapper for tree layout working, with some specific hacks for the UW sim data

added temporary support for graphviz dot layout, temporary hack button on view tab for applying it to a single layout for the bots project
