fixing path errors from colt redirect

added a layout that executes a system call to GraphViz dot for doing hierarchical layout

made the subInterval fix for edges the same as nodes in previous commit

fixed problem in NetworkDynamic parser where constant attribute were overiding time-varying attributes on nodes. Made a considerably more complex system with sub intervals. Only fixed on nodes, still need to apply the same solution to edges.

trying to get sub-pixel rendering of motion by casting lots of positions to floats. didn't seem to work

fixed update of window after resize or rotate

fixed more errors in the parser, it wasn't processing spells correctly

changed some of the int operations to cast to double first in attept to get the subpixel animation working

fixed serious bug where inspector was selecting and modifying the wrong ndoe

updated MDSJ to deal with changes in structure to the MDSJ library between versions. Also partially added new stuff to installer. Not sure why other fiels are updating...
