fixed quality selection in quicktime movie export changed file dialog used by installer

lots of tweaks to the quicktime movie export. Not sure if it actually makes it any faster. Still doesn't seem to be respecting the movie quality settings.

added a new movie export that does not need the quicktime library, based on: http://javagraphics.blogspot.com/2008/06/movies-writing-mov-files-without.html

tweaks to movie makers to deal better with possible uncaught exceptions plus test of a specialized parser format

added a new movie type that supports image sequences in jpg or png etc. Also some teaks to task framework to help with error reporting

added option to generate a clustering for the current slice based "best cut" of greedy modularity optimization. Still need to fix cluster ids to allow more than one set of clusters..

added option for specifying port of database connection for tunneling

added default translucent background behind node labels, and option to set transparency for it in graphic settings. label bg only implemented in Graphics2dRender. Also added a hack way to have curvy arcs. Didn't get the math quite right, so straight when on diagonal... also option in graphicsettings

changed quoting of $NODEID var to better deal with strings containing '
