Log message:
	Fixed daemon bug when sending to self or when sending to host that
	rejects IP list.  This finally fixes the nasty client in unknown
	state bug that occurs immediately after the first hexley.  There
	is still one after the last one for some reason, preceded by a bogus
	graphics NAK from 127.0.0.1.  Still looking for that bug.
