rDNA -> DNA that encodes rRNA. In pombe these are often organized into tandem repeats, with the exception of 5S rRNA which is spaced out in the genome.
parent: SO:0000628
subtelomere: heterochromatic region adjacent to the telomere (on the centromeric side) that contains repetitive DNA and sometimes genes and is transcribed (TERRA arise from the subtelomere.)

Is this ok?

rDNA added as exact synonym of rRNA_primary_transcript
rRNA_primary_transcript
contains both internal and external spacer regions as parts
Does this work?
Sorry if I am missing something but isn't it weird to have 'primary transcript' as a synonym to DNA?
OK, I have changed the synonym to rRNA_gene. I think this works better.
