The current OWL file made available on the Foundry site uses a string for the deprecated value. Can this be changed to a boolean for ease of viewing in Protege?

    I'm not sure. The OWL file is autogenerated by the OBO-foundry folks.
    Have you talked to Chris Mungall about this?
