[Somelib] SOME::Path::parsePath

oops, this is an infinite loop if delimit is not '/'.  I didn't
recognize it at first because it seems sort of logical.  I'm not sure
what the plan is here.  In the past I have changed all \'s to /'s
because windows will work just find with /'s.  For now, I have commented
this out locally (because I still have trouble committing from windows).
