[Somelib] Build tree changed

I changed the build to detect if libdl functionality is in a shared
library as in linux or integerated into libstdc as in BSD for .so
systems.  I also changed the platform from linux to unix_so.  I have yet
to do a build on BSD to test out the new build system and will implement
it tomorow.  On a side note I had trouble commiting my changes due to
conflicts in the CVS tree.  Please do a cvs update/configure/make
clean/make to verify that the tree is not broken.
