[Somelib] Updated makefiles and examples

Here are a list of changes I just commited:

Updated the Makefile for better handling of crossplatform issues (eg
SOME_USE_LINUX_SO is now configured by the configure script along with
the hpux one).  Included an install script (make install).  Examples no
longer compile by default and now require SOMELib to be installed.
remeber to run autoconf and then ./config after you get the sources.
