Hi there, i haven't developed the game engine for about one year. The reason is that i realised that this game would be just one more of the hundreds of medieval fantasy mmorpgs. For that reason, I stopped the development of this game to focus on more innovative projects. You can check them out at my profile. Please feel free to take a look at the client or source code for inspiration. Also i must notice that the engine is not dead at all: it's being re-used on War of Faith project, which also fixes and extends it. See you :-)

Today's release includes some new features, such as Minimap and OBJ model file loading. Also a lot of bugfixes. Take a look :)

Project development has been slowed down this weeks, due to that i have been busy, and i got tired with the Collada loader (which still needs more coding).

I'm actually working on the GUI. More active developers in all the areas of the game are needed, so feel free to visit the official site and drop a line in the forums.

0.0.3 comes with a lot of improvements, specially on map formatting and map edition capabilities. It also features the conversion from old text files to XML ones.

Player movement has been improved with a better collision detection.

This version has a new animation system featuring some cool sprites from The Mana World project. Also cell type system has been implemented, so there are collisions with objects. And a ton of bugs have been fixed!

I finally managed to upload 0.0.1 version of Solstice Online to the Sourceforge downloads system. I'm also going to release 0.0.2 as soon as i finish the animation system and fix some bugs.

Finally full-GPL version of Solstice Online has been released. Please check the downloads section on the website or access the SVN under the so/tags/client folder.
