#1 Cannot get valid download

I cannot seem to download a good version of dogbert.zip.
WinZip reports that it is corrupted.

I cannot find a CRC, MD5 sum, of PGP signature to
compare my file against, either.

Also, there are no files in the CVS repository for this
project.

Is the version of dogbert.zip on the server corrupt, or is
the problem on my end?

I also have this same problem. No matter which mirror I use.
The download is corrupt.
