It happened once that i found myself unable to finish, the last card was the ace of diamond and there already were two stacks of diamond on the foundation. In other games, later, on two occasions, I noticed that the two of diamond would jump in the foundation and start a pile of diamond, even if the ace of diamond had not yet been seen. On both occasions, the four first foundations spots were already used, so the 2 of diamond jumped on the fifth spot (just right of the stock pile.
