Proposing WEBIRC command support
The WEBIRC command is used when a trusted proxy service (ie. CGI:IRC, Mibbit) connects to an IRC server, this must be sent before any other commands (before user registration).
Generally, a LINE is added to a configuration file, that contains the IP address and a password for the service (although the amount of lines is not limited)
The format for the WEBIRC command is:
WEBIRC <password> <rDNS> <IP>\r\n
The password is NEVER shown to the user, the rDNS may be the same as the IP if it was not resolvable.
Masking (when appropriate modes are set) should occur to the rDNS/IP when supplied
I forgot to mention the client username in the WEBIRC command
Format should be:
WEBIRC <password> <username> <rDNS> <IP>\r\n
Username is a string that identifies the client type (eg "cgiirc")
