#11 Port Production Database

The production database will need to be ported. Things to update include:

* any schema changes
* processing_lanes table should be correctly populated
* sample_type needs to be updated to the correct/new values e.g. update lane set sample_type = 'genomic_sequencing' where sample_type = 'genomic sequencing';
* etc
