#8 Adds a few small things.

This patch does the following three things:

1) Adds an NSTextField and a NSProgressIndicator below
the toolbar to show user related status information as
well as privileges.

2) Adds logic to enable/disable the "Close Tab" button
when we are not in a tab that we allow the user to close.

3) Adds the Soulseek icon to the project.
