#252 The default location path is not correct

OS: Window7 64bit
As default location soledit tries to open this: "C:\Users\username\username\Roaming\Macromedia\Flash Player\" and since this doesn't exist ist opens "C:\Users\username\"
The correct path would be: "C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Macromedia\Flash Player\"
