Iteration3.5 report

Fixed border of form.

Added Tab.class, enables user to create new tabs to comparison.
Added menu bar with option to "add new system" (uses Tab.class)

Will now show reports for multiple simulations
Latitude can be obtained by current gps or network location
Error checking has been optimized for the editing presets Activtiy

Progress report

File IO: DataSaverLoader class. Writes and reads information from data files. Has methods for writing single objects to the save, or lists of objects. Also has methods to wipe saves and restore defaults.

Able to create multiple Simulations with varying statstics

Change Log:
General:
Variables are no longer passed via intent, but stored in the GlobalVars class as global variables.

State - This class in no longer access directly, rather it is used as a storage variable in GlobalVars.
--Datastore variable and helper functions has been changed to a hash map to assist the compare simulation Fragments

GlobalVars - This class extends Application. This is so that it will be carried along every Activity and be accessable from anywhere in the application.

Compare Simulation:
This Activity now extends Activity Fragments to host Fragments of Comp_Simulation.
This allows for the use of Tabs that can be created on demang from the buttons provided.
