#2 Configurable scene options

When you add a scene, you should be able to change
certain options that do not require lightwave to run,
the scenefile format is just text, so this is simple
enough. Being able to change things like the frames to
render, the location of the output frames, what image
plugin to use when outputting the frames would be very
handy.

What options should be available

Frames to render (accomodate ranges and single frames)
Location of output frame data
The image plugin used to output frame data
The priority the scene has within the network (dubious)

What else should I add?
