cvs and more updates

I connected to cvs and a source code base is out there in cvs and available for download.

I've only been heard from one developer and the web developer, Jagged.

I updated design documents to reflect the cvs code base.

I sent david a task.... to work on the sound class.

I'll be working with Jagged to add some stuff to the webpage and will be working on the fullscreen part of gmWnd.
