i need to build a new version of softwerk that includes a newer set of
the libraries from the ardour project.

meanwhile, add

  using namespace std;

somewhere toward the top of the file transmitter.h.

there may be other problems like this, all related to the greater C++
compliance of newer g++ compilers. i don't have time right now to test
out compilation with a new g++ - i suspect there will be other issues
like this - all simple to fix in exactly the same way.

bug me again about this in a few weeks and i will try to do a new
release.
