use the exact same strategy as for ardour on the softwerk instances of the
"quasimodo libs" OR use the strategy for a "global install" described
in the ARDOUR README.

sorry its not clearer. i haven't paid anywhere near as much attention
to the docs on building SoftWerk as the ones for Ardour, but the
theory in both cases is (or should be) identical.
