./configure as well as make in the /libs dir gives this
error....probably common...

libgtkmmext requires Gtk--, but it doesn't appear to be installed.

Hmmmm..

I'm running redhat 7 respin with gtk version 1.2.8 and gnome-libs 1.2.4

Any advice????
