BUGFIX: Pixel-clock adjustment
Improved README file

A new version of SoftGenLock is available. SoftGenLock provides software genlock and page flipped stereo, without requiring specific hardware or graphics card driver source code.

Ths new version includes a lot of new features (major cleanup, new graphics card access method, new irq activation scheme, new algorithms).

This is still an alpha version and we encourage everyone to test it and report your results.

Softgenlock algorithm has been deeply to increase stability
and ease of use. This release also include a new documentation with the diagram of a new synchronisation network. This bnetwork is easy to build (no electronics), and can genlock up to 6 machines.

SoftGenLock-0.3 fixes RTLinux problems :

- unresolved symbol __divdi3 when loading the
softgenlock module.
- System hanging when unloading the softgenlock module

RTAI support was partial in previous versions.
softgenlock-0.3 integrates a patch sent by Bram Lamers to have softgenlock working properly with RTAI.

This second beta release adds support for 3DFX cards and nullmodem cable synchronisation for genlock.
