#119 sip client doesn't send INVITE request in some cases

Hi,

I implemented the simple SIP client using NUA Concepts. sofia-sip-1.12.
Everything was fine, but now I noticed that on some work places, my SIP client doesn't send INVITE request. I check this behaviour using wireshark.

I collected logs, but I can't understand what the problem is.

I attached two logs - with and without issue.

ok.txt - log from windows server 2008 r2 standard 64x.
issue.txt - log from windows 7 SP1 64x.

Could there is an issue in the network settings or something else?
Could you help me?
