Thanks to your informative inquiry, I did some digging and found a half-finished SOFI release that represented my first efforts to port SOFI to OpenBSD 3.3. I spent the past week polishing it up and have come up with a new release, SOFI 0.7, that works with OpenBSD 3.3. The biggest thing you could do to help would be to test it out and report back any problems or questions.
