#158 Importing Raster, Converting to Vector

An amazingly useful feature would be to import a raster
image file, such as a JPG or a PNG, and to import into a
vector image. It would need options like how sharp or
smooth the image would be and the threshold for
different colours.
This feature, not only useful for web and print, would be
amazingly useful for stenciling as the raster-to-vector
product of choice is either Flash or Streamline; both
commercial products.
