    Hi there,

I am running SodiPodi 0.34 on WinXP Japanese version. Is there some way to change the default language of Sodipodi (not of windows) in this case from Japanese to English?

    Thank you for your help,
    Ian

I do not know, whether there is any 'correct' way to do that. But you can always delete 'share\locale\ja\LC_MESSAGES\sodipodi.mo' file. If proper translation file is not found, all gettext based programs fall back to default language (which is english in 99.99% of cases).

I have the same problem (just trying to get rid of that Dutch translation). Deleting the file doesn't work (brings up the installation program again, which says that something could not be found and that there was a fatal error during installation. I also tried replacing the file in nl/LC_MESSAGES with that of other countries, but couldn't find any one with plain English.
