2.Second,as the subject said,README file contained within the source tarball of Sockmi is actually lack of
usage guide,such as how to configure sockmid.conf , an example of the whole cofiguration......
3.The problem I've met is that I got no idea to configure sockmid.conf. Could authors give me a simple example?

You're right, corrently documentation support is very poor.
Anyway, default values for sockmid daemon work fine.
Just check that multicast communication is correctly setup.
(try some ifconfig, netstat -g, tcpdump -p udp, etc....).

You're right, corrently documentation support is very poor.
Anyway, default values for sockmid daemon work fine.
Just check that multicast communication is correctly setup.
